Ummmm - sorry, guy, but didn't you notice that right below the title it was tagged "fiction?"

You might have also noticed that just a couple of sentences after noting it's illegal to even admit receipt of an NSL, the article quotes by name and location someone describing not only having received such a letter, but its contents.
