| North Korean Test A Dud? | War and Peace |
There seems to be some doubt as to whether the North Koreans did, in fact, succeed in setting off a nuclear explosion. See, for example, here, here, here, and here. The issue will likely be resolved in a few days.

A brilliant post. Unfortunately, it is 24 hrs behind all the others pointing towards the same conclusion. Did you oversleep?

I'm unable to grasp the significance of a failed nuclear bomb test. My difficulties stem from the fact that this was, quite simply, a nuclear bomb test.
David, I'm sure you're trying hard to make a point. Next time, would you please let us know what it is?

Why are you complaining about how fast a blog is updating what it considers worth publishing?
Not everyone is following the latest development in the 'Did North Korea or didn't they set off a bomb and get exactly what they were expecting'. Blogs act as a filter - and this site has filtered out an issue that brings up interesting questions. Just because *YOU* have spent time on the issue doesn't mean others have.
Do you have a point to make? Perhaps you should remove your hat.
